Each Titans Family is required to contribute ten (10) hours per season, with at least two (2) hours served in our practice field concession stand.
Areas for involvement include the following:
CONCESSION COMMITTEE: This Committee operates the practice field concession stand for practice nights and pre-season scrimmage games. Responsibilities: to coordinate purchase of inventory, open and close concession stand and facilitate communication with Team Parent Coordinator to staff the concession stand for each squad/division by assigned shifts.
FIELD MAINTENANCE/IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE: This Committee assists with maintenance of the football/cheer practice fields during the season, including sprinkler repair, grass patching, treatment for ants, etc.
FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE: This Committee will work closely with the Vice President to oversee all fundraising activities of the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to initiating fundraising ideas, planning, organizing, record keeping and money collection.
HOMECOMING COMMITTEE: This Committee is responsible for our annual Homecoming Event, including game day and practice field celebration. Committee members will help with planning, organizing, securing vendors, decoration, event set-up and event clean-up.
PICTURE DAY COMMITTEE: This Committee assists on our Team and Individual Picture Day to help everything run smoothly. Responsibilities include set-up, assisting parents with order forms, organizing teams and clean-up.
SPIRIT SQUAD: This Committee focuses on Spirit and Outreach in our community.Responsibilities include attending meetings to brainstorm ways to promote the North Tampa Titans in our community, increase registrations and develop team/organization spirit.
YEARBOOK COMMITTEE: This Committee is responsible for producing our yearbook product. Responsibilities include planning, organizing and producing the entire product. The Committee will work closely with parents to obtain photos of all the children for the yearbook and with the printer to produce the final product.
END OF YEAR PARTY COMMITTEE: This Committee will be responsible for planning and organizing our End of Year party. Committee members will help with planning, preparations, securing vendors, volunteer coordination, event set-up and event day clean-up.
As an organization, the North Tampa Titans are committed to adhering to the guidelines set forth by the TBYFL to administer due diligence by:
a) investigating the criminal background history of all volunteers over the age of 18;
b) ensuring compliance with Hillsborough County coaches certification requirements; and
c) maintaining current demographic and contact information on all volunteers/coaches for NTT and the TBYFL.

2) Attend Hillsborough County Coaches Class (two options):
Once completed, submit Copy of Certification or Coach's Card with TBYFL Volunteer Application
3) Complete the FREE online class "Concussions in Sports | What You Need to Know."
Register with the site before you take the class. Registration is FREE and the course is FREE.
